Wanna collect your order in Stockholm rather than pay for shipping? No problem – fill out the collection form with your name and details and what you want and sit back and wait for a confirmation that it’s ready for pickup to schedule a time for pickup (and you won’t pay til you pick it up) - we’re normally at the office between 11 and 17 on weekdays. We’ll hold your order for 2 weeks so make sure to swing by in time, at the end of the two weeks we’ll put it back on the store. Collection is free but we’ve got exclusive nature colored PNKSLM tote bags for sale at 3.99 if you need something to carry your records in.

WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Orders are usually shipped out within 5 working days (often a lot quicker) if the item you’ve ordered is released (if you order multiple items and one is a pre-order all items will be sent out when the pre-order is ready). Make sure you’ve not ordered a pre-order item (pre-orders are usually shipped out 1-2 weeks before the official release date) and that you’ve entered your address correctly when ordering – if you’ve entered the wrong or incomplete address and the package has already shipped out the only thing we can do it wait until its returned to us and re-send.
Standard shipping times are 1-2 work days in Sweden, 3-10 work days in Europe, 5-15 work days outside of Europe, but packages usually arrive a lot quicker than that.
CAN I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
We do not offer tracking outside of Sweden due to the increased shipping cost – if you’d like your order to be shipped with tracking please email us before it’s been shipped (or even better before ordering) to get a quote for shipment cost with tracking – once its been sent out there’s nothing we can do.

Please get in touch with us using the form below (and provide pictures of the damaged product) and we’ll send out a replacement copy ASAP.
If you’d like to return something you’ve got 14 days from the day you receive the package to notify us that you’d like to return it and be refunded. Unless arrangements are made with us due to a faulty product, you cover the cost of the return. You are responsible for any damage incurred by items during the return shipment. We therefore strongly recommend that you send the products well packaged, in good condition and in their original box and/or packaging. Please note that we can only refund you AFTER the product has returned to us (in original condition).
When placing an order with us you agree that we collect the information necessary to fulfil your order (such as name, address, contact information etc). This information is stored in our customer registry (which no one else has access to and is not shared outside the organisation) and will only be used to fulfil your order as well as marketing our products to you through our email list (from which you can unsubscribe at any time) – if you’d like us to completely delete your personal information from our database please get in touch using the form below.
